Less EMF travel
A friend needs to travel with less EMF, to reduce insomnia, backache and depression.
Airlines
AirBus seems to be much better than Boeing, from my experience, re EMF exposure. Night and day.
Trailer
Related to his observation that an Airstream metal trailer has a non-metal floor and that creates a signal trap...
My related experiences, for context
I've tried many times to build a "chamber" to sleep in, and find that unless it is almost perfectly sealed, then it can even enhance EMF exposure, via resonance. Like a bottle flute with EMF blowing over the openings and resonating in the "bottle".
So I would use the metal trailer and be glad that it is at least blocking direct hits by radar, WiFi, smartmeters, etc.
I have 3 times built metal chambers out of sheet aluminum, and one of heavy copper foil. The last was the most carefully built and had layers of interlaying Staticot for a door. Not very good.
A study
There is a study online by scientists of a foil covered box (no ref) and high frequency exposure. They made the observation that intensity is "unintuitively" high if there is a small seam leak. They were perplexed. It is as if evil industrial EMF is a living worm trying to get into every place. Like the drones in The Matrix films.
Sleeping bag
Another example that many will consider extreme, but it works well: I sewed my own sleeping bag, which is amazing. It is basically good; however, it is much better if you build it overly long and wrap up the top lengths and put your head on that "bunch" like a pillow, and sleep inside the bag with no ventilation. This can be difficult in the summer heat, but still worth it, due to my painful sensitivity.
By carefully sealing the bag, I have no nervous leg syndrome. Fantastic. There is some rebreathing, which works. The material is Staticot.
Note that oxygen and CO2 diffuse through the material. Only about 7% of oxygen in air, is used by the lungs, so all is good. Disclaimer: This is my personal amateur opinion, and it may be dangerous to others, but that is not my experience. Biologically, from my research, it is fine. Works well in cold weather. CO2 hazards seem overly hyped, because, per my reasoning and experience, biological CO2, which animals in caves and burrows are exposed to, is no problem.
One could build an air supply and run the air to your facial area through a long pipe and weak DC battery powered fan, if you are worried about air issues.
A shielded house
I'm renovating a house with copper in the walls, and it is difficult. It does block neighboring smartmeters to a large degree. This house is not connected to the grid, thank god, and I am able to "experiment" every day over years, to understand shielding issues and smartmeters.
Best, is probably a trailer or van or RV, so you can deal with the EMF surprises.
SMARTMETERS, I can confirm, are HELL. They can transmit enough hazardous EMF that even at a few hundred feet they are contributing negatively to your environment. Windows need metal screens on them. I have a very dark view of our tech society. No pun intended. The EMF aware see everyone (who is not EMF aware) as living in an "oven" and slowly baking.
Save your soul
I was into transcendental meditation and the goal is to meditate into a deep interior space, which you then you beneficially come out of that into the exterior world, reset. But I see a deep sleep as the best "meditation' and it is tragic that 99% of the population are deprived of the ability to go into that deep space by insomnia generating EMF. That might be the dark reason that EMF (industrial) is so protected by our system. Soul sucking slavery ensured.
